Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs
- Carpentry work
- Plumbing tasks
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance
- General repair work
- On-call emergency needs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am - 5pm
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
- Pass a basic maintenance exam
- References from prior supervisors
- Complete pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are preferred
