Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance work orders
- Perform preventative maintenance as directed
- Prepare units for move-in
- HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall
- Electrical repairs
- Upkeep and repair of appliances
- Plumbing work
- Painting common areas and apartments
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
- Assist with snow removal
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies
Requirements
- Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills
- Available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and travel required
- Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in site maintenance required
- HVAC certifications a plus
