Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the maintenance team
• Manage make-ready board and unit turns
• Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
• Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
• Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
• EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
• Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
• Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
• Valid IDs and successful background check required

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
