Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a maintenance team to perform at their best
• Diagnose and solve maintenance challenges, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting
• Work hands-on alongside your team to complete maintenance tasks
• Maintain and preserve multi-million dollar property assets
• Be available on-call as needed

Requirements

• Desire to lead and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency
• Sense of humor
• Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting
• On-call availability

Qualifications

Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday

• Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional
• Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi
• Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
• Renovation or construction experience

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $32 - $38 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
