Apartment Maintenance Assistant

Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant supports the upkeep of multifamily apartment communities by maintaining clean, attractive grounds and common areas. Key Duties Perform daily landscaping and exterior maintenance.Remove trash and maintain cleanliness across property areas.Clean and maintain exterior surfaces and common areas.Assist with minor repairs and complete maintenance work orders.Inspect property areas for safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.Support unit turns as needed.Respond to resident needs professionally and respectfully. Qualifications & Skills Ability to maintain grounds and common areas to a high standard.Basic maintenance knowledge and willingness to assist with repairs.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Good communication and customer service orientation.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
