Pay
Base Pay of $19-20 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities with multiple ways to maximize earnings:
- Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
- Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total
