Responsibilities
- Aid in apartment marketing efforts through social media and online platforms.
- Screen potential tenants using background checks and credit reports.
- Handle inquiries from prospective tenants, providing timely responses and support.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and progress.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
