Apartment Leasing Consultant

About the role

AMLI Residential is seeking a motivated, sales & customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join the team at AMLI Brookhaven, a brand-new apartment community in the Atlanta area currently in lease-up. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a new community from the very beginning and help establish its reputation for exceptional service and resident experiences. The position is based in Brookhaven, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours and showcase community amenities, apartment features, and the AMLI lifestyle
• Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• Work toward and achieve occupancy, leasing, and sales goals
• Prepare lease agreements and complete leasing documentation accurately
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Coordinate move-ins and help ensure a seamless new-resident experience
• Support resident events and community engagement activities
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within property management software
• Provide feedback on prospect activity, market conditions, and opportunities to improve leasing results
• Collaborate with the onsite team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent AMLI Brookhaven professionally and help establish the community as a premier place to live in the Brookhaven area

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a sales-oriented, goal-driven environment
• Ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with a wide variety of people

Preferred Qualifications

• Apartment leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience
• Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or other customer-facing experience
• Previous sales experience with demonstrated success meeting goals
