Apartment Leasing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a fun, energetic, customer-service and/or sales-oriented individual to join our team at River Oaks Apartments in Kentwood, Michigan. This market rate community consists of 380 total units and offers incredible commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Lease new apartments to prospective residents
• Assist current residents with lease renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospects
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• Rotated Saturdays, 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
• Full-time, year-round

Pay

• $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
• Excellent commission potential: up to $100 per rental and up to $100 per renewal (shared)
• Yearly raises based on performance
