Apartment HVAC Tech Full Time (Day Shift)

You’ll support a small group of nearby properties, all within a tight radius, with predictable daily routes and consistent HVAC work. Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Painting and staining interior and exterior surfaces
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)

Qualifications

• HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience
• EPA and HVAC certification
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to assist with general maintenance when needed
• Physical demonstration of ability to complete job duties required during interview
• Pre‑employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screening

Pay

• $28‑$35 per hour
• Full‑time, year‑round work, paid bi‑weekly
• Quarterly bonus up to $750 (based on site performance)
• On‑call bonus: $100; $50 if on‑call on a holiday
• Annual bonus potential up to $3,000+

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 80 hours paid time off in first year, increasing with tenure
• Paid holidays
• On‑call responsibilities with extra pay for emergencies
