Apartment Community Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Warwick, RI. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner. Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and managementDemonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful communitySnow removalResponsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as neededContribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/equivalentValid driver's license required Reliable vehicle We offer a highly competitive compensation package including: Hourly rate ranges from $20-$23 based on experience!40% Apartment discount!9 early release Fridays throughout the year!Annual Holiday BonusPaid Time Off!
