Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
- Perform all duties related to unit turnovers
- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
- Implement required unit and building inspections
- Perform routine errands
- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
- Answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary
Requirements
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Ability to work independently
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
- Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Physical work required
- Drug test required
Schedule
First shift (Day), Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.
