About The Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our Global Facilities team. In this role, you will lead facilities management activities across multiple locations, ensuring our workplaces remain safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with FLSmidth standards. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to enhance workplace experiences, manage service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Ensure facilities are safe, clean, compliant, and well maintainedManage third-party facilities management providers and service contractsLead workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness programsOversee preventative maintenance plans and asset lifecycle managementDrive operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport, coach, and guide local facilities teamsEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standardsPartner with business leaders to deliver effective workplace solutions across the region About You You are a proactive facilities professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating safe and productive work environments. You will bring Experience in facilities, property, or workplace managementStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilityKnowledge of workplace health, safety, security, and compliance requirementsExperience managing vendors, contractors, and service agreementsStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service excellence Why Join FLSmidth?
