AP Specialist

Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist supporting a nonprofit organization in Newark, NJ. Duration: 9/14 - 10/19+ (potential extension). Pay Rate: $30-$32/hour (max).

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, communicative, and comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform PO matching and invoice matching
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams regarding invoices and approvals
• Support day-to-day AP activities as needed

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and PO matching
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and available for the full assignment
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Industry experience is not required
