How You Will Make An Impact Lead as main contact for vendor management and issue resolution. Lead check run activities and auditing to meet weekly deliverable deadlines. Assist business finance teams with inquiries and payment status questions as needed. Enter checks into the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organized accounts payable records and file records in a timely and accurate manner. Matche invoices to checks prior to signing and ensure each check has appropriate support. Lead or support annual 1099 reporting and auditing. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED. 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable. Advanced analytical and investigation skills. Advanced industry and accounting program knowledge. High attention to detail and strong organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
