AP Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a client in North Andover, MA seeking a full-time AP Specialist. This role is fully onsite and will start on a temporary basis with potential to become permanent. Responsibilities Full-cycle AP in a high-volume environmentProcess and code vendor invoicesMatch POs, receipts and invoicesPrepare check runs and ACH paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor records and W-9sSupport month-end close, including accruals and journal entriesAudit expense reports and assist with audit requests Qualifications 1–2+ years of full-cycle AP experienceExperience handling high-volume APStrong accounting and organizational skillsNetSuite experience is a plus Compensation: $27–$30/hour DOE For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Colleen Rooney at CRooney@KBWfinancial.com.
