AP Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Quincy, MA to fill this role.

About the role

This is a Temp to Perm, hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and audit vendor invoices and payments through ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities, including ACH, wire, and check payments, vendor reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support month-end close through AP reconciliations, accrual analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure timely invoice and payment processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume workloads and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills and ability to learn new systems.

Pay

$32–37/hour depending on experience.
