Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Review vendor Invoices for accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
• Codes and posts accounts payable invoices.
• Cuts accounts payable checks and makes online payments weekly.
• Performs month-end close and year-end audit tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None

Required Education And Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to Word and Excel.

Preferred Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Center and GP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.
• Ability to understand full cycle AP.
• Strong understanding of GL coding.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent and precise data entry skills.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Frequently required to sit.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
• Frequently required to operate office equipment and use a keyboard.

English.
