Last year paid out over $1M in profit sharing Frequent team-building events every quarter that actually bring the team together Responsibilities Of The AP Role Process invoices and ensure accurate, timely entry into the accounting system.Review invoices for appropriate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding outstanding invoices.Assist with account reconciliations and other day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities.Maintain organized financial records and support the overall AP process Preferred Qualifications Previous hands-on accounts payable experience.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit deadlines.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Professional communication skills and ability to work independently onsite Pay: $58,000-$62,000
