Key Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 3-way matching
- Code invoices and execute vendor payments accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly close, including AP accruals and check runs
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues
Qualifications
- 8+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Experience in a high-volume environment preferred - Manufacturing preferred
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Bachelor's Degree
