AP Processor

Job Duties

• Input a high volume of invoices into multiple computer accounting systems.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, including identifying and resolving erroneous payments and/or duplicate payments.
• Contact past residents and vendors regarding aged outstanding checks.
• Monitor and resolve returned checks by identifying necessary updates to vendor records and voiding and re-issuing payments as needed.
• Assist Divisional Accountants, Community Managers/RV Resort Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents with vendor inquiries as needed.
• Communicate with vendors on the proper method of submitting invoices for payment.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• An Associates Degree in Accounting or Business (Preferred)
• Two years in High-volume AP processing experience (Required)
• Six months in Previous AR (Collections) experience (Preferred)
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks by specific deadlines
• Strong diligence and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver's license
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based ERP system.
