AP Manager

Location / Work Structure: Hybrid | Greater Cincinnati Area

Compensation: $110,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus

About the Role

Vernovis is partnering with a growing global organization seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP function during an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a talented team, improving processes, and supporting upcoming finance system initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day Accounts Payable team and operations.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance leadership on upcoming system and process improvement initiatives, including ERP-related projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global business partners to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Help create scalable processes that support the company's continued growth.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• A passion for improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Exposure to ERP systems or finance technology initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A calm, organized approach and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a global organization or shared services environment.
• Participation in ERP implementations, AP automation, or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
