About the role

As an AP Computer Science Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a truly personalized way—one student at a time.

• Keep student records accurate and organized.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of computer courses (Programming, Coding, Computer Science, AP Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Cybersecurity, & Digital Citizenship), following content standards—curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.

Pay

USD $28.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
