Responsibilities
- Operate AOI equipment including downloading and processing data.
- Follow all AOI inspection procedures.
- Perform First Article and In-process inspections.
- Understand set-up and use of Polar Impedance tester (will train if necessary).
- Update jobs in tracking system and sign traveler.
- Ensure PCBs meet customer and internal documentation requirements.
- Notify production supervisor when deliveries cannot be met.
- Notify supervisor if any capacity limitations or production bottlenections arise and recommend solutions.
- Cordinate and communicate with production supervisor and other departments to meet production schedule deadlines.
- Notify supervisor of any equipment issues or lack of maintenance.
- Has authority to stop the process. Notify supervisor immediately to determine if a Corrective Action is needed.
- When supplies are needed, fill out and submit a Material Request form to supervisor.
- Deduct materials used from the material usage module.
