Key Responsibilities
- Operate AOI equipment for PCBA inspection.
- Load, run, verify, and adjust AOI programs or inspection recipes.
- Support AOI programming, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Review inspection results and identify PCBA defects.
- Help improve AOI inspection accuracy and reduce false calls.
- Work with engineering teams to refine AOI setup, inspection criteria, and defect review.
- Document recipe changes, inspection results, and debug findings.
- Support basic machine setup, calibration checks, and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
- Direct AOI experience is preferred.
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or electronics production.
- Ability to adjust or debug AOI programs/recipes, not just load and unload boards.
- Strong understanding of PCBA defects and inspection process.
- Experience working in a contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills
- VLSI Board Design.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
