Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs. Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and accurately. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionality. Negotiate sales terms and prepare necessary documentation for vehicle purchases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Benefits

Competitive salary range from $30,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance. 401(k) retirement plan. Vacation pay after 1 year. Sick days available upon hire.
