About the role

This position reports to the Sr. Video Producer and supports both the post-production and pre-production processes for videos across all Anthropologie Group brands, including Anthropologie, Anthropologie Home, Anthropologie Weddings, and Terrain. The role involves assisting with post-production timelines, coordinating with internal teams and freelancers, managing asset collection, tracking video progress, and ensuring timely delivery of final videos. The Temporary Video Production Coordinator will work closely with the Video team, Production teams, Creative Operations, and Marketing to maintain efficient workflows and effective processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in booking freelance crew members, talent, vendors, and production gear ahead of video shoots.
  • Coordinate with the production coordinator to oversee post-production timelines, ensuring projects are executed on time and adjusted as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Assist in creating call sheets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate budget files with the Sr. Video Producer.
  • Work with the operations and design teams via Asana, email, and Slack to collect and distribute assets for editors.
  • Ensure all Social and Marketing video requests are fulfilled when working with editors on final deliverables.
  • Monitor post-production timelines daily and check in with teams to confirm deadlines and deliveries.
  • Assist the Video Production Coordinator in updating the video tracker in Asana with due dates and deliverables, and input new video requests.
  • Check all videos from editors to ensure correct video specs and file types for final delivery.
  • Assist in distributing final videos through the Video Assets distribution email.
  • Follow up with creative directors on video feedback, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and timeliness for editors.
  • Coordinate with the Sr. Video Producer after shoots wrap to send footage to editors and receive hard drives at project completion.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements.
  • Previous experience working with video talent (editors, DPs, production crews, etc.).
  • Experience booking freelance crew and talent.
  • Strong understanding of video post-production timelines, workflows, and video specs/file types.
  • Ability to multitask with awareness of timing and urgency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey needs and creative feedback efficiently.
  • Excitement to contribute to a collaborative, creative, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Hybrid work arrangement; must be local.
