Responsibilities

  • Own the maintenance and evolution of all antenna and radar test & measurement instruments.
  • Ensure that antenna ATP instruments maintain operational uptime that supports production targets.
  • Identify and lead upgrades to antenna and radar test & measurement instruments.
  • Work with the manufacturing team as SMEs supporting expansions of Echodyne’s production facilities.

Required Skills / Experience

  • BS Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics
  • 2 or more years of experience in antennas or antenna-measurement.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of antennas and antenna measurement.
  • Hands-on experience measuring antennas or radiating RF devices at microwave and/or millimeter-wave frequencies.
  • Experience performing data analysis for measurement/experiments, related to antenna measurement, including pattern analysis, side-lobes, and near/far field transformations.
  • Some experience writing code for analysis, applications, or projects.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Hands-on experience with complex mixed-signal (RF, analog, & digital) instruments or experimental apparatus.
  • Experience in any mechanical engineering CAD programs.
  • Aptitude for building things, and hands-on proactive approach to what needs to get done.

  • The expected annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $129,883 USD.
