Anodizing-Entry-Level- (Nightshift)

About the role

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Anodize Trainee. This entry-level position works in the Anodizing Department and is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of different sizes onto titanium metal anodizing racks.

Responsibilities

• Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defects.
• Rackers work side by side on a line, with no more than an arm’s length between them.
• Frequently lift parts weighing no more than 100 pounds with a partner.
• Differentiate between different sizes, shapes, and styles of pieces.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment.
• Accept feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the loads are up to safety standards.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively, self-motivated, self-starter with a minimum of three (3) months related experience and/or will train hands on, and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass company background check and drug screen.

Pay

Starting pay: $20.35 per hour, with the ability to earn more.

Schedule

Shift days/hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - 2-days on, 2-days off, every other weekend rotating shift (2-2-3).
