Annuities Internal Wholesaler (Hybrid)
About the role
Prudential Annuities, a division within Prudential’s Global Retirement Income team, seeks an Internal Wholesaler to serve as the 'go-to' person for providing expert insight and product information to financial professionals in the independent broker dealer channel. The role involves growing, developing, and managing your own territory's profitability through sales execution, marketing campaigns, business plans, and customer relationship management. Utilizing telephone and virtual technologies, you will cultivate relationships with clients by answering their questions, proactively engaging them in new opportunities, and becoming a true business partner. Your goal is to foster peace of mind and stability by helping individuals find tangible solutions to their real-world financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive results and increase presence and market share in the financial services industry.
- Develop and manage your own territory’s profitability through sales execution, marketing campaigns, business plans, and customer relationship management.
- Cultivate relationships with clients by answering their questions, proactively engaging them in new opportunities, and becoming a true business partner.
- Provide expert insight and product information to financial professionals in the independent broker dealer channel to effectively offer Prudential solutions to their customers.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of Financial Services sales experience preferred
- Financial Services experience required
- Ability to drive results and increase presence and market share
- Demonstrated knowledge of annuities and related concepts
- FINRA Series 6, 63 (or 7, 66) and State Insurance license required
- If you have internal sales experience, that would be a plus
- Experience with independent broker dealers is a plus
- Desire to understand market trends impacting the business with a desire to seek continuous improvement
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Qualifications
