About the Role
An Annuity Exchange Analyst reviews and prepares forms for committee review, acting as a liaison with field agents, Trade Review Trade Principles, internal management, and the PFSI Pre-Approval Committee. The role involves presenting accurate and detailed transaction information, creating and updating records across multiple systems, and ensuring real-time decisions for all departments. The Analyst communicates with annuity carriers, committee members, management, and field agents, and assists in monitoring statistical data, testing, and daily workflow. This hybrid role alternates as the primary or backup host for committee meetings.

Responsibilities
- Send carrier verifications to review contract details and save responses for the committee.
- Use multiple checklists to assist the committee, manually checking and routing forms as needed.
- Perform additional reviews, research, or spreadsheet analysis based on situational requirements and escalate findings.
- Ensure all correspondence and committee decisions are saved in Image to meet books and records requirements.
- Perform quality control checks and daily reconciliation to ensure forms are processed correctly.
- Request missing letters, corrections, trade reviews, or management requests as needed.
- As primary host, prepare the daily agenda, review prepped forms, handle emergency reviews, and host committee meetings. Record and distribute committee decisions.
- As backup host, assist with callouts, emails, research, decision-making, or training representatives.
- Support system testing efforts and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in research, data management, documenting, and communicating results (preferred).
- Proficiency with company systems and job functions (preferred).
FLSA Status: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay).

Estimated salary range for this role is up to $45K.
