Responsibilities
- Perform daily Animal husbandry duties such as health check, cage changing, and waste disposal
- Oversee laboratory sanitation and environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature
- Aid in basic veterinary care for animals housed within the vivarium
- Oversee vivarium supplies and resources
- Support rodent breeding colonies
- Maintain logs and research documentation in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of animal husbandry
- Technical capabilities with animal breeding, tissue sampling, harvesting, collection, and rodent mouse models
- An HS Diploma or BS in biology related field required
Pay
Salary Range is dependent upon experience
