About the role
Responsible for providing high-quality care and attention to dogs in a boarding facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain kennels and facilities
- Feed and water dogs according to schedule
- Monitor dogs for signs of illness or distress
- Play with and exercise dogs as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and record keeping
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience working with animals
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in animal care or related field
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and emergencies
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
