Responsibilities
- Perform fluoroscopy and imaging procedures in the Catheterization Laboratory to support cardiovascular diagnostics and treatments, following physician orders.
- Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist during procedures as a scrub assistant or monitor.
- Serve as a preceptor for less‑experienced technologists.
- Participate in educational and quality‑improvement activities within the lab.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a certified Radiologic Technology program.
- One to two years of experience in Angiography or Cardiac Catheterization, depending on the level.
- Proficiency in Cath Lab equipment operation.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Current state licensure as a Radiological Technologist.
- National registration (ARRT‑R).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification for higher‑level positions.
- Advanced certifications preferred for senior roles.
Pay
$45.46 to $71.69 per hour, with shift differentials.
