- No OB, no cardiac, no trauma, no neuro cases
- 10 weeks of paid time off for true work-life balance
- Home call only—pager call shared evenly, no in-house shifts
- ACT model: collaborative team of 9 MDs and 21 CRNAs
- Case mix variety: general, ortho, vascular, plastics, robotics, and ambulatory surgery
- Mix of supervision and independent cases
- Coverage at Doctor’s Hospital and a nearby surgery center
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical specialties, including general, orthopedic, vascular, plastics, and robotics
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs in an ACT model
- Share home call responsibilities evenly with the team
