Anatomy Lab Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the anatomy lab, including donor procurement coordination, compliance with health and safety standards, and lab scheduling.
• Develop and manage contracts for external groups utilizing the lab facilities.
• Support departmental continuing education initiatives and assist with maintenance and operations of the physical therapy lab.

Required Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and faculty.
• Must be able to maintain spreadsheet and database files for inventory of equipment and supplies, and for safety purposes.
• Must be able to maintain technical equipment.
• Understand laboratory safety requirements.
• Have knowledge of hardware and software used in a typical higher education setting including both Windows and Mac-based systems.
• Have knowledge of Blackboard, video conferencing, web streaming, and multimedia hardware and software.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations.
• Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work.
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
