Analyst-Transversal Operations Permanent Control
About the role
The Transversal Operation Permanent Control (“TOPC”) team, a team within CIB Americas Chief Conduct and Control Office (CCCO), is responsible for strengthening and aligning the Control teams embedded in our businesses by standardizing and implementing a consistent operational risk methodology across the region, and ensuring ongoing monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Support the TOPC team in strengthening the alignment among OPC teams and managing transversal generic controls into the operational risk management framework.
- Develop, collect, monitor, analyze, report, and present incident trends to committees to support management's understanding of causal patterns and advise on how to prevent them.
- Implement Group policy related to Operational Permanent Control (OPC) Framework Incident Management events (internal or external) that have, or could have, resulted in a loss, gain, or opportunity cost.
- Contribute to TOPC ad-hoc projects and special assignments (i.e., thematic analysis, process re-engineering) in support of strengthening the Permanent Control Framework.
- Manage other transversal control related projects as required.

Benefits
Compensation for this position in Jersey City, NJ ranges from $75k to $100k.
