Analyst, Trading & Operations (Security Master)

Function

Oversee outsourced operations functions including bank loan trade settlements, cash reconciliation, and CLO cash management; drive settlement priority for liquidity and ramp-ups.

Execute retained operations functions such as fund setup in ClearPar, SSI setup in ADFlow, and KYC pre-approvals with agent banks.

Provide daily operational support to U.S. and U.K. Loan Trading Desks.

Act as a point of escalation for custodians and trustees.

Monitor and maintain daily and monthly trade metrics, including volumes, aged trades, and delayed compensation.

Support projects and process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of LSTA/LMA bank loan settlement processes and the full bank loan life cycle (from trade allocation and settlement through loan activities, corporate actions, and restructurings).
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance or a related field required.
• 6 years of experience in bank loan middle office/operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong record of academic achievement, including a high GPA.
