Major Responsibilities

  • Aid in daily administrative and operational processes to support healthcare client participation in government funding programs, such as the Rural Healthcare (RHC) Telecommunications Program and Healthcare Connect Fund Program.
  • Collaborate with the team, clients, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data and documentation, analyze data, submit forms, maintain records, and respond to requests to ensure compliance with applicable government funding program rules and federal regulations.
  • Maintain and track CHC Telecom Services process documents, customer database, and telecommunications vendor accounts and corresponding contact information.
  • Support the completion of application steps, including form preparations, submissions, reviews, and issue resolution or escalation, to maximize clients' available funding for eligible telecommunications services, broadband services, and network equipment, and facilitate Healthcare IT cost savings.
  • Assist with special projects as needed to support data, report, and analysis efforts, and other specific duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years administrative and client support experience.
  • Minimum 2 years data management experience.
  • Experience analyzing billing, invoicing, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education, certifications, and related experience.

Skills And Knowledge

  • Experience with database, reporting, and documentation systems.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Capacity to acquire business line knowledge in a fluid environment, work independently with minimal guidance, exercise good judgment, and take initiative when appropriate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, internally and externally, with all levels of management across modes (in person, conference calls, web meetings).
  • Communicates openly, respectfully, and timely, verbally and in writing.
