About the role

As a Telco Analyst / Engagement Agent, you will manage client interactions, perform data entry, support AT&T Catch product introductions, and collaborate with the channel sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and communications
• Resolve issues and escalate risks
• Monitor engagement performance and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Economics or Computer Science
