Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing positions from intake through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and align on talent needs
- Conduct strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, Compensation, and DE&I
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement
- Track and maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and time-to-start
