Analyst, Sols PTS
About the Role
Responsible for providing advanced technical advice, counsel, and expertise in direct support of securing sales of networked printing devices as well as associated software/servers and professional and consulting services. Provide technical support in sales presentations, customer trainings, and the delivery of professional services.
Responsibilities
- Works with the sales team to evaluate prospective customers, develop account strategy, and identify possible enterprise printing applications solutions; participates in sales calls.
- Participates in on-site visits to customers for meetings, surveys, and inspections.
- Meets with customer IT staff as a technical advisor.
- Collaborates on RFP responses and provides ongoing project management support for large, complex, diverse, and challenging solution architecting and implementation.
- Collaborates on the installation and integration of products and product applications.
- Generates professional services revenue streams independent of equipment and software sales by conducting customer training classes and providing installation and integration direction for advanced Color Solutions.
- Provides post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Relevant business experience relating to printing pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office, and production environments.
- Understand and be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXpress, and/or other standard Color composition and management tools, as well as respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF).
- Able to use and operate Postscript/PDF file handling tools such as Acrobat Pro Distiller.
- Extensive travel required, up to 70% with overnight stays (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary). Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.
- Certified Color Management Professional Master; additional Datastream knowledge (AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode) a plus.
- Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments.
Pay
Anticipated base salary range for this role: $76,150–114,040 annually. This role is eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan and a transportation allowance.

Schedule
Hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office three days a week with the option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change based on business needs.
