About the role
Works with the sales team to evaluate prospective customers, develop account strategies, and provide enterprise printing solutions. Participates in sales calls and on-site visits to customers for meetings, surveys, and inspections. Acts as a technical advisor to customer IT staff.
Responsibilities

- Collaborates on RFP responses and provides project management support
- Collaborates on the installation and integration of products and product applications
- Generates professional services revenue streams
- Conducts customer training classes
- Provides installation and integration direction for advanced Color Solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Relevant business experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress, and other color management tools
- Knowledge of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments
- Extensive travel required (up to 70%) with overnight stays
Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record
- Minimum auto insurance coverages
- Professional certifications such as Certified Color Management Professional Master
- Additional datastream knowledge (AFP, VIPP, PPML, LCDS/Metacode)
Skills
- Technical expertise in networked printing devices and associated software/servers
- Ability to provide technical support during sales presentations and customer trainings
- Strong collaboration skills in project management and solution architecting
- Proficiency in post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services

Pay
Ancillary pay details are provided, including the anticipated base salary range of $76,150-$114,040 annually and eligibility for incentive compensation and a transportation allowance.
