About the role

Works with the sales team to evaluate prospective customers, develop account strategies, and provide enterprise printing solutions. Participates in sales calls and on-site visits to customers for meetings, surveys, and inspections. Acts as a technical advisor to customer IT staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on the installation and integration of products and product applications
• Generates professional services revenue streams
• Conducts customer training classes
• Provides installation and integration direction for advanced Color Solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Relevant business experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Xpress, and other color management tools
• Knowledge of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments
• Extensive travel required (up to 70%) with overnight stays

Qualifications

• Valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record
• Minimum auto insurance coverages
• Professional certifications such as Certified Color Management Professional Master
• Additional datastream knowledge (AFP, VIPP, PPML, LCDS/Metacode)

Skills

• Technical expertise in networked printing devices and associated software/servers
• Ability to provide technical support during sales presentations and customer trainings
• Strong collaboration skills in project management and solution architecting
• Proficiency in post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services

Pay

Ancillary pay details are provided, including the anticipated base salary range of $76,150-$114,040 annually and eligibility for incentive compensation and a transportation allowance.
