Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Pricing Marketing (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

About the role

The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role focuses on experimenting with various digital marketing strategies and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on major search engines like Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and others.
• Adapt to new product features and implement changes based on successful test results.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
• Analyze vast datasets using tools like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, and Excel to develop models for optimization.
• Create and maintain dashboards for account managers to visualize key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science).
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company.
• Experience with one or more data analysis packages or databases (SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL).
• Strong numerical reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in data-driven marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing.
• Academic research experience.
