About the role

The Protective Intelligence Center (PIC) supports Crisis24’s Private Strategic Group (PSG) by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and hazards to our Principals, client enterprises, and the respective Crisis24 Agents and Analysts who safeguard them. The PIC leverages advanced technology, all-source intelligence, and internal subject matter experts to provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.

As an Analyst, Protective Intelligence within the PIC Dedicated Protective Intelligence team, you will be assigned to one Crisis24 client and work in a highly integrated protective intelligence program. You will provide proactive, client-specific intelligence support to identify, assess, and communicate emerging risks to personnel, assets, operations, and reputation. You will develop deep familiarity with the client’s risk profile, priorities, operating environment, and security workflows to deliver tailored and proactive intelligence support. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader Crisis24 Protective Intelligence Center team to ensure continuity, surge capacity, and access to shared expertise, tools, and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include real-time monitoring of social media, open-source channels, and dark web forums to detect threats, shifts in sentiment, reputational concerns, and broader external risks that may impact the client’s security posture. You will triage, report, and monitor emerging security incidents with the potential to affect client assets.

  • Collaborate with the broader Crisis24 Protective Intelligence Center team to support continuity, surge capacity, and access to shared expertise and best practices.
  • Assimilate information into concise, actionable written reports or assessments for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Open-source intelligence (OSINT) skills, including the ability to collect, assess, and rapidly assimilate information.
  • Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with news reporting sources, social media channels, and other real-time monitoring tools.
  • Broad geopolitical awareness, knowledge of global events, and cultural sensitivity.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and aptitude for rapidly assimilating new information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in protective intelligence, threat analysis, military intelligence, law enforcement, or corporate security environments.

Desired Qualifications

  • Threat assessment experience (training, employment, or education equivalent).
  • Demonstrated interest in supporting physical security and operational logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of OSINT tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Ability to assess information quickly and accurately for credibility, relevance, and importance.

Information Security

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
