About the role

This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN. This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Engage hotel teams to help identify issues, resolving disputes and obtaining client information.
  • Review booking deposit reports to identify groups with advanced deposit requirements.
  • Prepare deposit postings and confirmations following the process.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Finance and other corporate departments.
  • Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of professional work experience.
  • Two (2) years of related experience in a professional accounting setting.
  • One (1) year of experience working with collections in an accounting environment.
  • Experience with customer service and building relationships with clients.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $42,000 – $60,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
