Analyst or Associate, Asset Management

About the role

DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an asset management analyst or associate, title to be commensurate based on experience. The role also provides the opportunity to participate in the development, acquisition, and management of renewable energy assets in an inclusive and engaging work environment. As a member of the Asset Management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance of your assets and the firm’s portfolio. You will work with a growing team of asset managers in a dynamic and agile organization, contributing to the success of renewable energy projects and the transition to a sustainable future. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in any of these fields is a plus.
• Intellectually curious candidates with a passion for optimization and proven experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the renewable energy industry (PV or BESS), will thrive in this role.
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is essential.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management; impressive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and a keen attention to detail are required.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.

Pay

The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
