What We'll Need
- Support loyalty campaign execution within SessionM and connected to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Engage, Personalization and Data Cloud, including offer and campaign setup, segmentation / targeting, cross-channel activation and validation
- Own the end-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns across Wingstop’s 1P web, app, email and push channels, including planning, configuration, testing, QA, and launch
- Ensure clear prioritization, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery across all loyalty digital activations
- Translate business requirements into executable campaign logic and technical configurations
- Lead structured QA processes to validate targeting logic, personalization rules, offer eligibility, and customer experience flows prior to launch
- Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, and conflicts within the marketing calendar and escalate appropriately
What You'll Need
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms such as SessionM or similar offer/loyalty management systems
- 1-3 years’ experience in technical campaign execution within a marketing automation or CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred; experience with Personalization, Data Cloud, or comparable CDP tools is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage a complex marketing or execution calendar in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and data-driven targeting
- Experience partnering with external CRM or agency teams and supporting campaign enablement through audience generation and consultative MarTech expertise a plus
- High attention to detail with strong QA rigor and comfort working within structured release processes
- Able to balance strategic priorities with operational execution, maintaining speed without sacrificing accuracy
