Analyst - Management (AI Team)
Responsibilities
- Understanding the Work
- Interfacing with teams across the firm to learn their workflows and identify where AI creates the most leverage
- Building the Program
- Designing, running and facilitating training for different audiences including:
- Onboarding and training for users
- Recruiting and managing a network of internal AI evangelists
- Preparing materials for senior management
- Evaluating new tools and vendors
- Driving Adoption
- Tracking what's working and what isn't
- Surfacing the best use cases and making sure they spread
- Managing the relationships with vendors and the technology organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant work, internship or school project experience, ideally with some exposure to investment banking or consulting
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization, time and deadline management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently and self-motivate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
- Comfort working and communicating with professionals at all levels
- Strong judgement, discretion and ability to be proactive and show initiative
- Understanding of how deal teams operate to engage credibly with PJT professionals
- Interest in and ability to continuously learn and apply AI in a business context
Pay
Expected annualized base salary of $95,000 to $110,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
