AI Analyst

Your Mission

As the first AI Analyst on the AI Transformation Team, you’ll design, build, and launch the workflows and bots that power Pixi’s next stage of growth. You’ll partner with business leaders to automate processes, create intelligent agents, and deliver real-world value—fueling 3–4 new bots every month.

Who You Are

• 2-3 years in technical analysis, automation engineering, or AI workflow development (preferably in e-commerce or CX).
• Proficient in APIs, JSON, SQL, and low/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
• A strong problem solver who enjoys translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
• Bonus: Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or CRM platforms; Lean/Six Sigma training.
